Karyn Barker, PMP

Karyn facilitates organizational process development at RUSH Facilities assisting in the strategic growth process. A general contractor, she is responsible for delivering projects and providing project management, and supports business development, and collaborates with other members of the leadership team to develop the company’s business development strategy. She locates bid opportunities, develops and implements proposals in addition to providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues developing corporate strategies for private and public sector clients, with a focus on growth strategies.
